A lot of people are working without health insurance — self-employed, hourly, 1099, or at a company that does not offer it. So a sore throat becomes a week of hoping it goes away, and sometimes it turns into an emergency room bill that follows you for a year.
A health plan costs more than rent. Urgent care wants a hundred dollars before you sit down. For most people there has been no third option.
There is one now, and it costs about the same as two gallons of milk a month.
What you get for $15.95 a month
- A doctor on the phone in about 20 minutes, day or night
- No consult fee — medical and mental health
- Prescriptions sent straight to your pharmacy
- Covers your whole household — up to eight people, not just you
- Ages 3 to 103; account holder 18 or older
- No insurance needed, no prequalification
- All 50 states and Puerto Rico, no proof of residency required
- Active in one business day
- No contract — cancel anytime
- Pay by debit card, credit card, bank account, Cash App, Google Pay, or Apple Pay — a credit card is not required
- Doctors available in Spanish
What it is not
This is not insurance. It covers the doctor, not the hospital — no surgeries, no MRIs, no emergency care. That is exactly why it is $15.95 instead of several hundred dollars. It is a way to talk to a physician without a bill, not a replacement for a health plan.

Everything below is for you. It is already made, in English and Spanish, and it is free to use.
We are not asking you to
- Pay for anything
- Deduct anything from a paycheck
- Endorse or recommend it
- Enroll anyone or hold anyone's information
- Answer questions about billing or care
We are asking you to
- Pin a flyer in the break room, or mention it once at a shift meeting, or forward this page — whichever fits how you communicate
That separation is deliberate. People sign up on their own and pay the provider directly. Nothing runs through your payroll, and nothing is offered by your company. It stays a resource you passed along, not a benefit you provide — which is simpler for you and keeps you clear of anything that looks like a group health plan.

Subject: A low-cost option if you don't have health coverage
I know a lot of you are working without health insurance. When someone gets sick the choice is usually to tough it out or take on an urgent care bill, and neither one is good.
I came across a telehealth membership that runs $15.95 a month and covers an entire household, up to eight people. A licensed doctor by phone in about twenty minutes, no consult fee, medical and mental health, prescriptions sent to your pharmacy. No insurance required.
To be clear about what this is: it is not insurance, and it is not something the company is providing or paying for. It covers the doctor, not the hospital. I am just passing it along because it may be useful to some of you.

That is a different arrangement and a different page. Group rates start at $14.50 per employee per month and go down from there, and every seat still covers that employee's entire household. See employer pricing ›
How I am involved, plainly
I am Bryan Watson. I live in Bartlett and worship at St. Ann, and I serve as a full-time missionary in the MidSouth. I am an independent affiliate for this service, which means I receive a small monthly commission — a few dollars — for each family that enrolls.
I am telling you that upfront because you would want to know, and because I would rather you hear it from me than find it out later. It does not change the price anyone pays, and it does not change whether this is genuinely useful. Judge it on that.
