A licensed person, right away. You describe what is going on. You do not need to have it figured out.
Start, or schedule
Your first session can begin on that same call, or you can pick a time that works better.
By phone or video, from anywhere in the 50 states and Puerto Rico. In-person sessions are available if you would rather. Providers are licensed in your state, and counselors are available in English and Spanish.

One note on what it is not: this benefit does not cover inpatient treatment, psychiatric hospitalization, or court-ordered programs. Psychiatric medication management is included, but controlled substances such as benzodiazepines and stimulants are not prescribed.

A single therapy session runs about $143 out of pocket, and most people need more than one. That is the reason appointments get postponed until something breaks.
Your membership is $15.95 a month for the whole household — about $2 per person — and it includes unlimited counseling alongside 24/7 virtual urgent care. No insurance required. Nobody turned away for pre-existing conditions.
Not health insurance, and it does not qualify as Minimum Essential Coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Counseling and telehealth services are provided by Lyric Health through a nationwide network of licensed providers. Available to residents of the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.
